Asking questions or posting messages using the internet are not prohibited. We should ask questions that can develop our learning’s in any aspect and we should answer it in a proper way. Do not be afraid to share what we know because it can help other people in a good way. Some people answer questions just for fun like answering it wrong. They even use bad words in answering it and it is not good. Everyone who read any questions has the right to answer it but we should always remember that it is beneficial to other people. The person who asks questions sometimes is in a hurry. They should remember that they are not the center of cyberspace and not all readers’ response to it because they may not agree, cares about it. If we post messages we have to make sure that it is not a repeated message because we are wasting the time of the other people. Let’s be cordial in any communications we dealt with.
In using the internet especially in communicating, we should always remember the golden rule “do not do unto others what you don’t want others will do unto you”. We should stand by our self and try not to hurt other people’s feelings. Communicating using the internet lacks gestures, facial expression, and tone of voice to express the meaning of our message. It is easy to misinterpret it. Any message we send might be saved or forwarded by its receiver. We do not have control over where it goes. We should reread and rewrite our messages before sending it.
Some people use offensive language in describing the person who have mistaken and post it in the internet. Everyone in the world even I commits mistake and it can not be avoided. When someone makes an error – be kind about it. If it is a small error, we may not need to say anything. Even if we feel criticizing about it, we should always think twice before reacting. Having good manners in our self does not give us authorization to correct everyone else. If we notify someone of an error, point it out courteously and if possible by private email rather than in public to avoid embarrassments. We must give other people the benefit of their own doubt not on others.
In my experience, many people do not have proper netiquette while connected in the internet. The latest web site in the world now is the facebook. Many people are connected to it. It should be use for communications and playing games. But now, people use it in a bad way like judging other people by their wrong doings, by the wrong spelling or grammars used, by the way they look on their pictures, and etc. In cases like this, we should not judge them because we do not know them that much. They said that we should not judge the book by its cover. So we should know them first inside and out before doing such things.

Netiquette is simply "internet etiquette". It's the YES's and NO's - dos and donts of online communications. It is the norms and standards in cyberspace. It is a good practice of attitude while in the internet. Good attitude must be practiced regularly while using websites, newsgroups, message boards, chat rooms, or web communications.
One has to use his/her real name. He/She has to post or send pleasant terms or language and not to post racist remarks regarding other peoples beliefs, lifestyle, and race to avoid hurting others' feelings. He/She must not do illegal acts by obtaining someone's else password or personal information so that they may trust you accordingly.
It is very important to have a deeper understanding of online communications so that our message will be understood well. When we do the right thing base on the network standard, surely the respect to other people online is evident. If we do respect others, then we too will be respected. In the end, everyone will make their communication enjoyable and productive.
Netiquette is simply doing the right thing for yourself as you do to others. Simply be the best of who you are.
